In addition, the content of the agreement with the “User Corporation” is clearly stated at the foot of each page. For example, ‘Corporate License for ○○ Co., Ltd.’ is imprinted at the foot of the PDF version. ●Unlike the book, the PDF version includes colored presentation.

●How about utilize the PDF version as your sales promotion tool !?

You (“User Corporation”) can utilize the PDF version as a sales promotion tool for institutions (universities, or hospitals etc.). Since ‘○○ institution (sponsored by ○○ Co., Ltd. ’ is stated at the center of the foot of each page, your can make a promotion through the PDF version. USB is offered to the institution from you.
　We would like to observe the rule that a single institution (or hospital) should be sponsored by a single corporation. The right to make an offer of a sales promotion tool to a specific institution is on a first-served basis.

■Range of use for each media

Each media(book and/or PDF) is allowed to use according to the following rules.

Book form	A license granted to a single business site of a company
Licenses for PDF version
Department License	A license granted to a single department or section of a company
Site License	A license granted to a single business site.
Corporate License	A license granted to a single department or section of a company Site License A license granted to a single business site (excluding foreign offices).
Global License	A license granted to a whole company, including overseas bases. The entire “User Corporation” is the right for worldwide usage within the corporation. .
In the range of the each license, it is acceptable to register and/or browse a shared network

■Method of sales

We'd like to explain the notandums, when our customers purchase “Japan Cancer Report 2013” and PDF version (hereinafter referred as to ‘the product’) published by Medical Research Inc. (hereinafter referred as to ‘our company’)
web site & direct mail
　Information with regard to the product is disclosed on our website(http://www.medical-ri.com./） and direct mail. No disclosure of information to our customers is made by means other than the mentioned above.
　Heretofore, we have sent ‘the product’ to our customers as a sample in the name of‘consideration’.
　From now on, however, we will not send ‘the product’ as a consideration. It’s hoped that you will decide whether or not to purchase our products based on the information of our website and direct mail.
　In certain instances, we can send a part of our books that were issued before as a sample. Please feel free to send us mail(office@medical-ri.com), if you want a sample for ‘consideration’.

■Payment method

1. Bank transfer
　We accept payment in bank transfer only. Please forward payment by crediting the designated bank account of our company. Either U.S. dollars or Japanese yen is acceptable.

　2. First time customers
　After the first order, we will send an invoice and ask you to make a payment to our designated bank account. Upon confirmation of payment, we will send our products.

　3. Established customers
　Upon receipt of your order, we will send our products and an invoice. Please make a remittance to our designated bank account by the last day of the next month following the month of the invoice.
